The service

We don't sell cars. We manage the entire import.

You choose the vehicle. Everything between that choice and the plate on it in your country is ours, and one single company answers for it.

Paperwork and customs

Import clearance, duty and import VAT, plus the vehicle's full documentation from origin.

Homologation and registration

Individual approval where the vehicle has no European Certificate of Conformity, and registration in the destination country.

Transport and insurance

Sea and road transport, with the goods insured for the whole journey.

Delivery

Delivered to the dealership or to your company's premises, road-legal and ready to go.

The company

A company, not a loose middleman

Imperial Global Motors is founded by twenty-five shareholders. In an import deal that is the difference between buying from a company with structure and liability, and buying from a contact.

How it works

From order to delivery

Four steps. The third one is where the work actually is, and it is the one almost nobody wants to take on.

Request

You tell us the vehicle and the specification you need. If you haven't sourced it yet, our team at origin finds it for you.

Firm quote

We give you the full landed cost in your country: vehicle, transport, duty, import VAT and the destination country's registration taxes.

Clearance

Customs, homologation and registration. You file nothing and you queue at no counter.

Delivery

The vehicle arrives at the address you give us, registered and with its documentation in order.

Lead time and cost depend on the vehicle, its specification and the destination country — which is why both are fixed in writing in the quote, before anything starts. We don't work on open estimates.

Markets

Every country charges differently. We work all four by their own rules.

Registration tax and the approval process change with every destination, and that is exactly where an import gets expensive or gets stuck. We don't translate the Spanish case: each market is handled under its own regulations.

This is not an automatic sign-up: a person reviews every request before access is granted. We ask for company details because the catalogue is for trade professionals only.

What happens next

  1. We check that the company exists and trades in the sector.
  2. We confirm your registration by email.
  3. On the day the catalogue opens, your access is already there.

This site introduces the company and its services, and lets businesses in the trade request early access to the wholesale catalogue or send us an enquiry. It is not a shop: nothing is bought or contracted here, and no sale prices are shown.

The information published here is for general guidance. The terms of each transaction — price, lead time, applicable taxes and scope of service — are always set out in writing in the corresponding quote, and it is that quote that binds the parties, not anything stated on this website.

Use of the site

By using this website you undertake not to use it for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access restricted areas or disrupt its operation, and not to flood the forms with automated submissions. We reserve the right to refuse access to the restricted catalogue to anyone who cannot show they are a trade professional.

Intellectual property

The text, design and images on this site are protected and may not be reproduced without permission. Any vehicle marques appearing in the photographs belong to their respective owners: they are shown purely to illustrate the type of vehicle we work with and imply no commercial relationship, sponsorship or endorsement by those manufacturers.

Liability

We aim to keep the information current and accurate, but it may contain errors or become out of date. We accept no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of this website's content without a prior written quote, nor for the content of third-party sites we may link to.

Governing law

This website is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules.

Who processes your data

What we collect, and what for

Catalogue access request Registered company name, VAT or tax number, country, company website, name, job title, email and phone. We use them to check that whoever asks for access is a business in the trade, because the catalogue is not public.
Enquiry via the contact form Name, company, email, phone and the text of your enquiry. We use them to reply to you.
Catalogue by email Your email address, and only if you expressly tick the relevant box.

Along with each submission we store the date, the IP address it came from and the language of the page. These let us evidence when and how the request was made.

On what legal basis

How long we keep it

Enquiries, for as long as the conversation lasts and up to a year afterwards. Registered companies' details, for as long as the registration remains active. If you withdraw your consent to the mailings we stop sending immediately, and keep only the record that you withdrew it — which is what lets us show we complied.

Who else sees it

Nobody who does not need it to provide us a service: our hosting and email provider, acting on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

Our sourcing operation is in the United Arab Emirates. Should the data be accessed from there, that would be an international transfer to a country without an EU adequacy decision, covered by standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for a copy of those safeguards at the contact address.

What you can require of us

To access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, and to have it handed to you in a portable format. You can also withdraw any consent you gave us at any time, without affecting what was done before. Write to info@igmauto.com.

If you believe we are not handling this properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Children

This website is aimed exclusively at businesses and professionals. It is not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect their data.

None of our own and none from third parties. There is no analytics installed, no advertising pixels and no social buttons tracking your visit. That is why you will see no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

What your browser does keep

Nothing that identifies you. The page remembers the language you pick — Spanish or English — so it does not have to ask again, and that preference stays in your own browser: it is never sent to any server and never combined with anything else. You can clear it by clearing the site's data in your browser.

If this changes
